Mr. Virk is a qualified Barrister and Solicitor with the Law Society of Ontario, Canada. He has extensive experience of filing and arguing cases in the commonwealth jurisdictions, India and Canada. His legal experience in Canada began in 2018 when he joined a team of experienced lawyers at a well reputed law firm in Greater Toronto Area, where he assisted Lawyers in submitting cases before the Honourable Supreme Court of Canada, Superior Court of Justice, Ontario Court of Justice and administrative Tribunals.   

Mr. Virk has gained in-depth experience and knowledge in the areas of administrative law and Immigration determination system while working on Federal Court litigation matters, Removal cases, Permanent Residence Appeals, Economic Class categories, Humanitarian and Compassionate consideration applications, Refugee applications, complex Spousal and dependent Sponsorship applications, parent/grandparent applications, Provincial nominee programs, out-of-status matters and applications under Employer streams. He has attended numerous admissibility hearings, interviews with Immigration and Canada Boarder Services Agency officers to help clients.

While assisting lawyers before Superior Court of Justice and Ontario Court of Justice, he has also worked on the Family Law matters and thoroughly understands the interplay between the Family and Immigration law.
